learning can include combination with scum lessons. The following are some of
the lessons offered online
1. Backlog refinement meeting
This module covers; hidden fifth meeting that is essential to success at both agile and scum approaches. The subtopics involved will include: recognition of well-formed products, backlog Items, team effort estimation game, decomposition of large PBI into smaller ones, acceptance criteria, product Backlog prioritization and team self organization.
