Agile training lessons offered online.

1. Backlog refinement meeting

3. Sprint review meeting

The learner will observe a team and make decision as progress through the sprint review meeting. This is a 13 minutes training and it is for everybody interested in Agile.

4. Sprint Retrospective Meeting

This meeting covers final meeting associated with each sprint. The team will reflect on sprint to raise its own awareness of what transpired. This usually ends with agreement about specific adaption for future sprint. The sub topics will include: checking for safety, focused conversation principles, timeline retrospective, and reaching agreement that stick and how to learn more about facilitation. This training will take approximately 15 minutes and it is for all who are interests in agile training.
